Ingredients
16 Jumbo Pasta Shells
1 lb Lean Ground Beef
1 pkg. (1 oz.) Taco Seasoning Mix
2/3 cup Water
1/2 cups Salsa, divided
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese, divided
3/4 cup Sour Cream
Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt; drain.
  3. Rinse with cold water; drain well.
  4. Meanwhile, brown meat in medium skillet; drain.
  5. Add seasoning mix and water; mix well.
  6. Bring to boil.
  7. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.
  8. Stir in 1 cup salsa and 1 cup cheese.
  9. Spoon meat mixture into shells.
  10. Place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining salsa and cheese.
  11. Cover.
  12. Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through.
  13. Serve with sour cream.
